Set up or view your extensions - Whether you choose to view a list of your extensions, or set up a brand new extensions, it is easily done with the click of a few buttons. You can also change any part of your extensions instantly, whether it is the opening or closing statement, the recording itself, or who will be notified. You can also change the caller options. Since the system is fully dynamic, each separate extension can directly connect or notify different and multiple people.

Access your voicemail
From the “voice mail” tab, you can see the date, time, and phone number of every voicemail message you have received. Simply click the play button, and when finished, you can select to delete it or store it for future review.

In the email field, you can manage your inbound and outbound emails and keep them organized for later review

Over 12 real time reports are available to you keeping you in full control of your marketing efforts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world. Simply set your date range, and select to see real time reports based on: area code, date, hour, listing, marketing source, result, call statistic, marketing effectiveness, or average call length.
